Once your order has been dispatched it is scanned in by the carrier and you will receive an email with your tracking number. This tracking number can be used to track your order through the the Newgistics or 17 Track websites. If you do not receive a tracking number please contact our Customer Support team via Email or Live Chat.
Once you have placed your order and received your order confirmation, your order cannot be cancelled or amended. If you wish to exchange or return your order, please refer to the Returns and Exchange Policy.
For all international orders, Rani and Rose shipping charge is for transport costs only. As mentioned in our Terms of Service, it does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Rani and Rose does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties, or taxes that may apply in the destination country. It is important to note that shipping costs for returned items are not covered by Rani and Rose. The cost incurred varies between $3 and $20. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping items over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
