Returns and Exchanges
At this time, Rani and Rose is accepting returns on a case by case basis. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date for eligibility. Once an item has been shipped out it can not be refunded until it is received by the customer. Sale and Last Chance items for Rani and Rose are final sale.
***NOTE: Rani and Rose IS NOT responsible for merchandise sent back without prior approval from our customer support team. Please do not send anything back to the sender address on the package unless instructed to do so.
Is the fit not right? Rani and Rose is not accepting formal exchanges. If your item is the wrong size, defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date. If you need to make an exchange for the same item with one of the described issues, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a response within 24 to 48 hours with further instruction.
If we instruct you to mail us your item...
You may be responsible for any incurred shipping charges. Once your item is received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm receipt and whether or not the item is eligible for exchange.
If it is eligible, then your return/exchange will be processed.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be sent back in the same condition that you received it, with the receipt or packing slip and in its original packaging. Items must be unused, unaltered, with tags attached.
Please do not send back your item without contacting us first.
If for some reason the correct size for your exchange is unavailable and if the replacement item is less expensive than the original, we’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment method. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item.
Exchanges take around 2-5 business days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and/or contact your credit card company. It may take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days for your institution to process a refund.

It is important to note that shipping costs for returned items are not covered by Rani and Rose. The cost incurred varies between $6 and $20 (or as defined by the carrier). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges beyond 7 days of the delivery date. Any items mailed to us after the 7 days may be returned to you and you will be responsible for all incurred shipping costs.
We recommend using your local post office (USPS) or UPS with a signature confirmation service and a tracking number for reference of your return.
